[1] Refund policies:
Refund policy for registration cancellation (for any reason):
Before 14 May 2021: 100% refund minus $25 fee
15 May to 31 May 2021: 50% refund
From 1 June 2021: No refund
Registrations may not be transferred or substituted at any time.
[2] Each student must show a current student ID (valid for 2021, until 15 August) or verification of the current student status from a senior university official (signed letter on the letterhead) in order to be eligible for student fees. Each student registrant must send the documents in English (along with a cover note stating the name, institution and abstract number along with attachments) to this address: ID.student@internoise2021.org. If a proof of the student status is not available or questionable, the full registration fee (for attendees) must be paid. Papers of the violators will be removed from the formal proceedings.
[3] Winners of young professional/student travel grant awards will receive specific instructions for registration by the deadline(s) posted.
[4] Extra paper charges (per paper) and the paper assessment fees must be paid by no later than 14 May 2021. Authors (including the student authors) must request the assessment when the abstract is submitted. Note that the posters will not be assessed. See the website for the paper submission deadlines.
[5] Delegates from Latin America (excluding the students) may qualify for reduced registration rates. Eligible candidates must contact Dr. Davi Akkerman at this e-address: gerencia@proacustica.org.br. Qualified candidates will be sent one-time use code for the registration.
[6] Spouse has to be formally registered to qualify for the accompanying person’s registration
